Flight Risk Changes

The Flight Risk Changes report uses the Flight Risk Changes topic to display a list of changes to employee flight risk scores that have occurred in a given period. The report displays changes only after the Predictive Retrieval background job has been run.

Custom Fields

Change

The Change field indicates whether the change in flight value means that action is needed or that flight risk has improved. The column displays Action Needed when the flight risk value changes from low to medium or high, or medium to high. The column displays Improved when the flight risk value changes from high to low or high to medium. The custom field uses the following expression:
