You can use the tools in the Filters side panel on the landing page to refine the list of reports. Click the Filters button to open the panel, and enter the values that you require for the filter parameters. You can use the Active Filters drop-down list to view and add more filter parameters:

| Role | Select one or more user roles from the list to display reports that certain user roles have access to. You can change the operator to "not in" to display reports that certain user roles don’t have access to. |
| Created By | Click the employee search icon and select one or more employees from the list to display reports that they created. You can also change the operator to "not in" to display all reports that weren't created by the selected employees. |
| Fields | Enter up to five field names separated by commas. The field names aren't case sensitive, but the names that you enter must exactly match the full names of the fields. When you use the Fields filter, Dayforce filters the list to display reports that contain all of the fields you requested. |
| Last Modified By | Select one or more employees from the list to display reports that they last modified. You can also change the operator to "not in" to display all reports that weren't last modified by the selected employees. |
| Last Run By | Click the employee search icon and select one or more employees from the list to display reports that they ran. You can also change the operator to "not in" to display all reports that weren't run by the selected employees. |
| Topic Category Name | Select one or more topic categories in the list to display reports that are based on topics in that category. You can change the operator to "not in" to display reports that are based on topics in all of the categories except the selected ones. |
| Topic Name | Select one or more topics from the list to display reports that are based on those topics. You can change the operator to "not in" to display reports that are based on all topics except the selected ones. |
To create a set of filters and filter the list of reports:
- Click Filters.
- In the Active Filters drop-down list, select the checkboxes next to the filter parameters that you want to use.
- Select the operators to use for the filter parameters and select or enter values. Different operators and values are available for different parameters.
- Select one of the following options in the Match field to control what kind of results Dayforce returns:
- All: Report details must contain all of the values that you entered. This option is selected by default.
- Any: Report details must contain one or more of the values that you entered.
- Click Apply Filter. The list of reports is filtered to show only ones that match the filter criteria.
You can use the Clear All button to remove all filters, parameters and their values.
