Employees With No Active EDF

The Employees With No Active EDF audit report is specific to Mauritius payroll. The report displays employees without an Employee Declaration Form (EDF) record or with an EDF record that isn’t active for the current tax month. Payroll administrators can use this report to advise their employees to submit or resubmit an EDF to claim the Income Exemption Threshold and any additional exemptions in the current tax year.

You can run the report in Payroll > Pay Run Management, in the Audit tab, or find the report using Global Search on the Home screen. When the report is ready, it's available to download in CSV format in Message Center.

Fields

Fields included in the report template

Applicable Tax Rate With No EDF Yes Smallest to largest Average, Minimum, Maximum, Sum, Count, or Custom
Employee Name Yes A to Z Count or Custom
Employee Number Yes A to Z Count or Custom

Filters

The template includes the following filters by default: Pay Run ID (by selecting a pay group and pay period), Tax Authority Instance ID, Total Exemption Relief and Deductions.
