The Elections with Override for Selected Plans report is a variation of the Benefit Employees with Override report. It uses the Benefit Management Audit topic to display elections that have been flagged as "Override" for selected plans. These benefit options won't be affected by a recalculation unless the employee is no longer eligible for the plan option.
