In compliance with the provincial Pay Transparency Act, BC employers can generate a CSV file in Dayforce that lists the employees' earnings and hours worked by gender. The CSV report file can be uploaded onto the BC government website using the website’s Pay Transparency Reporting Tool.
Dayforce reports the earnings that are configured with the appropriate option in the BC Pay Transparency Category field in the Options tab in Payroll Setup > Earnings and Deductions.
You can open this report in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports or by clicking the Reports button in Payroll > Overview or Payroll > Pay Run Management.
Role feature access: Report Library > Payroll > BC Pay Transparency
