The AI Assistant Messages with Fallback Response report shows user messages for which Dayforce AI Assistant responded with its fallback response, which is generally presented when the information can’t be found to answer the question. This report doesn't provide an exhaustive list of unanswered questions, but it can help identify gaps in the content that’s available through your Hub.
