Welcome to Activate

Note: This page is available only to non-customer users.

The Welcome to Activate page explains that Activate automatically retrieves project information from your CSA record.

To initialize Activate, the following project parameters are required:

  • Client Company Name (Namespace)
  • Opportunity Type/Sale Type (New Sale or Migration)
  • Customer Type (Powerpay, Commercial, Managed, Standard)

Note: When these values are updated and saved, they become part of the system of record for Activate. You can’t edit them. Any updates made on this page don’t sync back to CSA.

To use Activate to implement Dayforce, you must create an Activate phase. The following project parameters are required to create the Phase in Activate:

  • Portfolio
  • Module
  • Country

You can use Activate to start implementing your customer after you confirm the values on the Activate Setup page. You create a Activate Phase.
