View All Reports

Use the View All Reports page to see a cumulative list of all configured elements in Dayforce that have been generated for the Activate environment (Text, Config, or Train) that you’re currently logged in to. This information helps you understand and verify the work that has been completed in Activate.

Note: This page doesn’t reflect changes or additions made in Dayforce. The page is environment-specific. The Stage, Config, and Train environments shown are based on what is done in that environment.

Reports for specific wizards

When you complete any of the following wizards and return to Activate Central, the View Report link shows under the wizard's name. Click the link to view the information that the wizard configured.

  • Getting Started
  • Employee Benefits
  • Time Away From Work Policies
  • Recruitment Management

Activate filters the information shown based on the wizard under which you clicked the link.

Cumulative list of reports

The View All Reports link in the Navigation Menu shows a cumulative list of all configurations that Activate just generated. The information is organized into categories. For example, Client Properties, Roles, Role Access, and Pay Groups. The total number of items in each category shows next to the category name. Activate filters the information shown based on the wizards that you’ve completed.

Note: If you see the same category shown on the page more than one time, it indicates that you completed more than one wizard that contained the same information. For example, if you run the Getting Started wizard and you later run the Clean Up Data for Parallel or Go Live wizard and upload the FreshStart.xlsx template to add new roles, the Roles category shows twice on the page: one time for the Getting Started wizard and one time for the Clean Up Data for Parallel or Go Live wizard.
