Tools that help you find information
To... On the... Do this...
Show the list of Help topics in the Help window Product toolbar Click the Help icon () in the top-right section of any Activate page. The Hello, how can we help you topic? open, with the Help Contents on the left side of the Help window.

Note: You must maximize the Help window to see the Help Contents on the left side of the Help window. Or, you can click in the top-right corner to view the Help Contents on the right side of the window.

Send feedback on the current Help topic

Help window

In the top-right section of the window, click the Feedback icon (). An email window opens where you can enter feedback about the topic you’re currently viewing. Your email address shows in the From field and the name of the topic that you are on shows in the Subject field. Enter information in the email that you think will improve the Help content. For example, if some information isn’t clear to you, you would like there to be more information, or you can’t find the information you’re looking for. Be specific about what you enter and let us know if we can contact you if we have questions.

Find a topic Help window In the Search field in the top-right section of the Help window, enter text that describes what you are looking for. When the search results show, select the text that most closely matches what you are looking for and the topic containing the information shows.
Show previously opened topics Help window In the top-right section of the Help window, click the Back () to show the previous topic in the Help Contents and select the Forward () to show the next topic in the Help Contents. These buttons are in the upper right section of the window.
Print a Help topic Help window In the top-right section of the Help window, click Print ().

Note: Before you print a topic, expand all hidden (collapsed) text.

Search for words or phrases in the current topic Help window

In the Help topic, click Ctrl+F. The Find in page field shows on the page:

Enter the text that you want to search for in the field and click Enter. Numbers show in the right side of the field that indicate which instance of the term is currently highlighted in the topic. The total number of instances of the term in the topic also show. For example, 1/5 means that the first instance of the term is currently highlighted in the topic and there are a total of five instances of the term in the topic. Click the Next () and Previous () buttons to highlight the other instances of the term in the topic.

Search for words or phrases in the Help Help window In the top-right section of the Help window, click in the Search field () and enter the text you’re searching for. The search results show on the page, along with the total number of results. Click the topic text (shown in blue text) to view a topic. All instances of the search results show in yellow text. To clear the yellow text, click Clear Text () in the top-right section of the Help window.

Expand all hidden text in a topic.

In the top-left section of the Help window, click Home ().

Complete a survey about the Activate Help

Help window

In the Hello, how can we help? section of the Home page, click the Survey icon () and a short survey shows. Complete the fields to help us make the Activate Help better. This short survey takes less than 1 minute to complete.
