Recruitment Management (USA/CAN)
Use the Recruitment Management wizard to configure your employee recruitment process. You can use the Job Application Templates to define the submission process for job candidates. The templates are configured with relevant screening questions and form fields that are based on your field selections. A template is configured for each country selected and there’s an additional template for internal postings.
Prerequisites
When there’s no existing recruiting configuration, Activate can only configure Dayforce Recruiting. If parts of Recruiting have already been configured in Dayforce, this wizard is unavailable in Activate.
Key concepts
Job application status/candidate status
Tracks job applications and candidates in Dayforce. Several system statuses are shown. You can’t deactivate or remove them. You can select any combination of additional statuses.
Candidate acknowledgment
A disclaimer that the application being submitted is truthful and contains valid information. Standard Candidate Acknowledgment text options are given and you can enter your own custom text.
Job requisition workflow
Defines the process for submitting a job requisition. One example is requesting to start the hiring process for a job assignment. You can configure the Job Requisition Workflow with common approval options or without any approvals.
