Note: If you selected the Ascender HCM option on the Activate Setup page, the Ascender Data Extraction Wizard becomes available in the Profile menu.
The first time you log in to Activate, before you complete Getting Started, you can use the Ascender Data Extraction wizard to review your Ascenderr data and make any necessary adjustments. Then, complete the Getting Started Wizard and either import the updated data or skip the import. You can use this Wizard at any time after Getting Started is complete; however, the imported data might have limited value.
Note: This feature is available only to Dayforce and SI users.
Important: This page is available only to “Ascender HCM” migration projects. One of the following Ascender HCM options must have been selected in Activate Setup for the question “Ascender Migration Type”: Ascender HCM, Ascender HCM + Preceda, or Ascender HCM + Ascender Pay.
Use this wizard to extract the following legacy data directly from an existing Ascender HCM database and migrate it directly into the corresponding Activate wizards for installation into Dayforce:
- Getting Started
- Additional HR data
- Recruiting data
- Performance data
-
Learning data
Note: The Learning data section is viewable only if the project has the Learning module populated from Netsuite/Dayforce Services Automation.
