The Analyze Data page shows statements from a random sample of the data records that you imported on the Employee Data page. For example: “John Smith works at Site A and his job title is Retail Clerk.”
Review the statements and confirm that they’re valid. If any statements are incorrect, return to the Employee Data page and make the necessary changes.
Note: Activate validates the employee’s age to make sure that they meet the minimum age requirements to work legally in the jurisdiction (country, state, or province) where the customer is employing them.

You completed the Employee Data page.
Tasks
To review and verify the information:
- Review the statements in the Employee section of the table for accuracy.
- Click one of the following for each statement:
Options to click in the Is This Correct? column If the information is... Click... Correct Correct (
). The icon changes to Include (
).
Incorrect Incorrect ( ). The icon changes to Don't Include (
).
- Click Next.
- If you clicked Incorrect (
) next to any statements, a message shows stating that you indicated that there’s a problem with the data. Do the following:
- Click Re-Upload my spreadsheet.
The Employee Data page opens.
- Review the data in your spreadsheet and correct any problems.
- Save the document.
- Click Upload.
- Click Next.
- Repeat step 2.
- Click Re-Upload my spreadsheet.
- If you clicked Correct (
) next to all of the statements, the Employee Review page opens.
