Download Options page info message

Changed the verbiage in the following Download Options information pop-up message from Complete to Order Shipped.
When the status of your configured options changes to Order Shipped, you will be sent an email containing a link to the secure download area. You will be required to enter both the password you entered on the configuration setup as well as your My Records user id and password to access the active download links. Please note that in some cases a file may exceed the download size limits to contain all items in one zip file. In this case, you may have more than one zip file to download. The files will be denoted by a numbering sequence, e.g. -1, -2, etc., so you can easily identify the number of files you may need to download.
Dayforce Fountain Valley address change

W-2 File stuck in the Validation in Progress status

Resolved the issue that occurred during processing where the W-2 file was stuck in the Validation in Progress status due to the Encrypt/Decrypt folder being deleted.
Restrict Media order creation

To avoid errors and missing W-2s in media orders, the following changes were made:
- New media orders must be restricted during peak hours at year-end.
- Users are unable to add or edit media orders for the current year during peak year-end processing.
- My Records allows W-2 processing to complete before accepting new media orders.
Download Options page

When adding a new download option, if the user enters an invalid character In the Option Title field and clicks Save, the following error message appears:
No special character allowed.
To access the Download Options page, in the navigation panel, click My Records > Administrative Settings > Download Options.
Jumpstart program

For employees enrolled in the Jumpstart program, when the employee logs in to the My Records Employee Portal and clicks the TurboTax banner, My Records sends the employee's W-2 information to TurboTax to pre-populate the employee's tax form.
Sort icon

Search Employee Documents

In the past, when a user made W-2 corrections and clicked Post more than once, the correction was submitted more than once. This issue was corrected. Now, My Records processes the first submission only.
To access the Search Employee Documents page, in the navigation panel, click My Records > Search Employee Documents.
Check Setup validation

Implemented a validation process to prevent users from making changes to the check setup when a file is in progress. If a user tries to make changes during this time, the following message appears:
Check processing is currently in progress. Updates to check setup are temporarily unavailable.
Manage Subsidiaries page

Removed the Refresh button from the Users section on this page. Users can refresh the page by clicking the Refresh button at the top left of the page.
To access the Manage Subsidiaries page, in the navigation panel, click My Records > Client Users & Groups > Manage Subsidiaries.
Premium Media Orders

For Premium Media Orders, when an employee W-2 overflow occurs, instead of generating a separate PDF for each page of the employee's Form W-2, My Records now merges pages into a single PDF.
These PDFs are available on the My Records Search Employee Documents page and from the My Records Employee Portal.
New Delete confirmation message

On the Search Employee Document page when a user clicks Delete to delete an employee record, My Records now displays the following delete confirmation message:
The selected employee will be deleted. Do you wish to proceed?
Rejection Comments button

Resolved the issue with the Rejection Comments button not working for W-2 Schedule Details and PR-W2 Schedule Details.
To access the W-2/1095-C Live/Test File page, in the navigation panel, click My Records Global Settings > Reports > W-2/1095-C Live/Test File.
