Alerts/Actions & What's New Page

Made the following changes:
- Changed the page name from Home Page Administration to Alerts/Actions & What's New.
- Made the Alerts/Actions & What's New information available on the Home page for all DaaS products (Tax, Powerpay, and My Records).
- Fixed the issue with some DaaS products not having the capability to add alert and actions messages. Now, this information can be added for all DaaS products.
While only users assigned the Production Support attribute in IAM can access the Alerts/Actions & What's New Page to add messages, all users can view information on the Home page by clicking the Alerts/Action Needed link or the What's New link.
Session Timeout Length

Previously, when a user entered data by using the keyboard for 15 minutes or more while not actively navigating the user interface, the user session timed out. When this happened, the user was signed out of DaaS. This issue has been resolved. Now, the user remains signed in the session.
