Updated the Return to Work (Position Assignment) form so that it no longer creates a new position assignment if an employee returns to the same position. Now, the form creates a new position assignment only when there is a change in the employee’s work assignment details. If the work assignment details don’t change, then the employee returns to their previous position assignment with no new record created. | |
Updated Position Management forms so that delegated users can see the positions that delegators have access to. Previously, when a delegated user completed a form such as the New Hire (Position Management) form, the Managing Position and Position fields showed positions according to the delegated user’s own access. As a result, they couldn’t submit the form on behalf of the delegator. Now, those fields show positions according to the delegator’s access, so delegated users can complete and submit forms on their behalf. As part of this update, the workflow history and Audit tab in Organization Designer now show that the delegated user made the change instead of the delegator. See HR-43753. | |
Updated the New Hire (Position Management) and New Hire with Contract (Position Management) forms so that the Base Rate field is automatically filled when you have configured minimum wages in Pay Setup > Minimum Wages. |
