Updated Centralized Schedules and Schedules to show skill requirements when you edit shifts in the segment dialog box. Previously, if your organization configured a template with skill qualifiers in Scheduling Plan > Templates and you used the template to generate shifts, Dayforce showed the skill requirements only in the legacy version of the edit dialog box. Now, when you generate schedules using a template that has skill requirements, the affected shifts show the skill requirements regardless of the edit dialog box that’s available in your Dayforce instance. Role Feature Access: Schedules > Enable Segment Display If a shift has skill requirements, Dayforce now shows segment information in the Segments tab and shows skill requirements in the Skills tab: At this time, this information is read-only and you can’t update any of the fields or settings in the Skills tab. This includes the Mandatory checkbox, which you can’t select or clear. Dayforce derives skill requirements from your template’s configuration in Scheduling Plan > Templates. See:
