Added the Edit subfeature under Plan in System Admin > Roles in the Features tab. Previously, any user who was able to view the weekly planner data was also able to edit the data. Now, the Edit subfeature needs to be configured for users to be able to edit weekly planner data in Plan. Note: The Edit subfeature is enabled by default for existing users that have the Plan feature enabled. See Plan in the Dayforce Implementation Guide. | |||||||||||||
Enhanced the logic in Dayforce that updates time stamps in Plan and Plan Admin Checklist to indicate when the Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation and KPI Synchronization processes last ran to completion. Previously, Dayforce updated these time stamps only when the dedicated Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation and KPI Synchronization background jobs completed, even though other sources can initiate these processes. To further support this update, some changes were made to text labels in Plan and Plan Admin Checklist to indicate that these time stamps don’t only reflect when the dedicated background jobs last ran to completion. Label Updates In Plan and Plan Admin Checklist, updated the names of the labels that indicate the last time that the Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation and KPI Synchronization processes ran. In Plan, the label change applies in the Info panel. In Plan Admin Checklist, label changes apply to column names in the grid.
Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation Time Stamps Changed how Dayforce updates the time stamps in planning features that indicates the last time that the Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation process completed. This update applies in Plan in the Info panel and in Plan Admin Checklist in the Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation Last Run column. Previously, Dayforce updated these time stamps only when the Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation background job completed. Now, Dayforce updates these time stamps whenever the Schedule Cost/Time Aggregation process completes, regardless of its source of initiation. For example, this process might be triggered when you save your schedules or timesheets, if the Pay and Time Entry Aggregation for Plan client property is enabled in System Admin > Client Properties. KPI Sync Time Stamp Changed how Dayforce updates the time stamp in Plan Admin Checklist that indicates the last time that the KPI Synchronization process completed. Previously, Dayforce updated the time stamp in the KPI Sync Last Ran column only when the KPI Synchronization background job completed. Now, Dayforce updates this time stamp whenever the KPI Synchronization process completes, regardless of its source of initiation. For example, this process runs when, in Plan, you save your plan or use the Derive function. The KPI Synchronization process also runs and updates the KPI Sync Last Ran time stamp when:
