IDDescription

Fixed an issue that could occur when the application calculated the funds available for On-Demand Pay (ODP).

When an employee was paid a reimbursement earning type that was excluded from ODP requests, the application didn’t add the excluded amount correctly to the policy reserve.

Fixed an issue that could occur when a salaried employee had their pay reduced to zero through an auto pay reduction memo earning for a parental leave absence. In some cases, the employee incorrectly received $0.01 of regular pay in their earning statement.

Fixed an issue where, in some cases, on-demand payments weren’t processed correctly and were rejected. The rejected payment was shown in the employee's earning statement and included in the Payroll Register report.

Fixed an issue that could occur in GL exports configured to show overtime details where employee overtime hours were doubled.

Fixed an issue that could occur if an employee had an on-demand payment in the pay period and had additional checks in a Mark as Payout off-cycle pay run. In some cases, the amount the employee received in the on-demand payment wasn’t deducted correctly, which caused an overpayment in the period. Now, the application shows an error message, and you can’t process the off-cycle pay run. The error message indicates that the employee’s additional checks must be deleted before you can process the pay run, and the additional checks should be added to a separate pay run.

Fixed an issue that could occur for inactive employees with an arrears balance. In some cases, the deduction balance in the Payroll Register report was incorrect and did not match the balance in the Deduction Register report.

Fixed an issue with the Payroll Aggregator background job. In some cases, employee year-to-date amounts in earning statements and the Payroll Register report weren't updated for bonuses paid in previous pay periods.
