TAL-69068	Fixed an issue where the EmployeeOnboardingProgressCache Dayforce database table occasionally had duplicate entries in it.
TAL-70893	Fixed an issue that could occur when new employees tried to submit particular forms in the Onboarding Forms section of Getting Started. In some cases, these forms would take too long to load and hang the Dayforce session. When the employees logged back in and completed their onboarding forms, the list of forms they needed to e-sign didn't include the forms that had caused the system to hang. Now, the system provides a loading indicator for forms when processing takes longer than expected.
