Introducing Total Rewards

The Total Rewards view shows all of the rewards an employee receives from their organization. This view provides clarity and transparency, helping employees understand the full value of their compensation. The total rewards view consolidates data from multiple modules in Dayforce, including Benefits, HR, and Payroll.

Total Rewards Setup

Role feature access: Total Rewards Setup

In the Total Rewards Setup feature, administrators configure the total rewards view for their employees. They can do the following tasks:

Add sections and subsections to the employee’s total rewards view.
Customize the total rewards view for different employee groups.
Configure a template for the total rewards statement.
Save the setup as a draft to make changes before publishing.
Preview total rewards in web and print formats.
Publish and unpublish total rewards for employees.

Total Rewards View

Role feature access: Earnings > Total Rewards

After administrators publish the total rewards setup, employees can view their total rewards in the Total Rewards tab of Earnings. The compensation package includes salary, bonuses, benefits, equity, and other incentives. The total rewards view shows the following sections:
