Updated how the VETS-4212 filing report in HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > VETS-4212 Filing determines which establishment to count an employee in. Previously, if an employee had a work location override configured for their active primary work assignment, the report treated the location added in the Organization > Employee Work Location Overrides tab of Org Setup > Organization as an establishment. If the employee with the work location override was also a virtual employee, the application showed two establishments for the employee: one for their virtual location and one for the work location override. Now, employees with work location overrides are included in the establishment that is assigned to their work location, similar to how virtual employees are treated. As a result, only one establishment is shown for the employee, as expected. |
