HR-36939, HR-43725, HR-43931 Updated delivery behavior in Letter Management. Previously, when a user didn't have an active business email, Dayforce used the email address configured in the Letter Management Sender Address client property to send the letter. However, in the letter the default address notify@dayforce.com was shown. Now, you can override the default and authorize Dayforce to only show the address you entered in the Letter Management Sender Address client property.
Important: Contact your Dayforce Support representative and submit a ticket to request a Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM) setup. This setup authorizes Dayforce to send email on behalf of your organization and makes sure that alert email messages are delivered successfully. Your organization's IT team is then responsible for implementing this record in your Domain Name System (DNS). If you don't complete the DKIM setup, email messages might not be delivered successfully to recipients.
To support this functionality, a new client property was added: Confirm DKIM setup and use Letter Management Sender Address in the Messages section in the Properties tab of System Admin > Client Properties. This property isn't enabled by default. After you select this checkbox, any letter sent from a user who doesn't have an active business email shows the sender address configured in the Letter Management Sender Address client property. |

- The General section of Letter Management > Template Designer now includes an Employee Response not Required checkbox. When you select the checkbox, the employee response prompts to accept or reject the letter aren’t shown and the letter expiration date isn't enforced.
Note: Recruiting and Offer category letters, and letters that need digital signatures aren’t supported. If you select the Employee Response not Required checkbox, the Require E-Signature checkbox isn’t enabled.
- Letters that don't need a response now include a banner informing the recipient that they don't need to respond.
