DCP-6429

Added the ability to generate reports with data about how employees use Dayforce Co-Pilot. To support this functionality, the following reports were added in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports:

  • Co-Pilot Answers with Negative Feedback: Shows the details of all Dayforce Co-Pilot responses that received negative feedback from the user during the selected time period. This report includes the user’s message, the response from Dayforce Co-Pilot, and any additional feedback provided by the user.
  • Co-Pilot Conversation Data for Dashboards Pro: Shows the details of user conversations with Dayforce Co-Pilot for use with Dashboards Pro.
  • Co-Pilot Conversation Log: Shows the details of user conversations with Dayforce Co-Pilot, including the message sent and the corresponding generated response for each interaction.
  • Co-Pilot Conversations per Month: Provides the count of conversations with Dayforce Co-Pilot for each month ordered from most recent to oldest.
  • Co-Pilot Messages with Fallback Response: Shows user messages for which Dayforce Co-Pilot responded with its “fallback response,” which is usually presented when Dayforce Co-Pilot couldn’t find sufficient information to answer the question. This report doesn't provide an exhaustive list of unanswered questions, but it can help identify gaps in the content that’s available through your Dayforce Hub.
  • Co-Pilot Unique Monthly Users: Provides the count of unique Dayforce Co-Pilot users for each month ordered from most recent to oldest.

The data returned in these reports is anonymized, and anyone who has access to the reports can generate data about all Co-Pilot conversations.

Role Feature Access: Assign access to the reports that each user role needs under Report Library > Co-Pilot.

DCP-6653

Increased the character limit for custom legal disclaimers in Co-Pilot to 250 characters. Previously, the limit was 125 characters.
