Updated Recruiting’s integration with Indeed to better conform to privacy regulations and standards. When interacting with the Indeed APIs, Recruiting now separates questions related to compliance and demographics from the standard screening questions.
Questions related to compliance might ask about Equal Employment Opportunity, official disability status, or official veteran status. Questions related to demographics might ask about ethnicity, gender, self-reported disability status, or self-reported veteran status. These types of compliance and demographic questions are regulated in certain jurisdictions and are handled accordingly in the Indeed systems.
This update doesn’t include any user interface or user experience changes, and no action is required to update client APIs.
