The Improved Recruiter Experience includes the following enhancements:

  • The Communications tab in candidate and application profiles is redesigned to match the user-friendly, accessible design of the new user experience. No features have been removed or added. The interface for reviewing and sending SMS text messages is also enhanced.
  • The Jobs Applied For tab in candidate and application profiles is redesigned to match the user-friendly, accessible design of the new user experience. No features have been removed. Recruiters can see all job applications for candidates, and can now can perform all of the candidate actions on them that are available for other candidate lists in this experience.

Based on customer feedback, the Improved Recruiter Experience is updated to include the following changes to candidate profiles:

  • Changed the name of the Scoring tab to Screening.
  • In the Candidate Info tab, moved the Personal section closer to the top.

TAL-72219

You can now access candidate assessment results and scheduled interviews in the Improved Recruiter Experience. The following new columns are available in candidate lists in Recruiting > Job Requisitions if the user has the necessary role feature access:

  • Assessment Status (New role feature access: Recruiting > Recruiting > Job Requisitions > Assessment Results)
  • View Scheduled Interviews (New role feature access: Recruiting > Recruiting > Job Requisitions > View Scheduled Interviews)

There is also a new filter in candidate lists for assessment status, where you can filter by whether the assessment is sent or completed, minimum or maximum assessment scores, or whether candidates are recommended based on their assessment results.
