Updated the default values for the following client properties from cleared to selected in the Properties tab of System Admin > Client Properties:

Delay the Employee Manager and Manager Hierarchy Recalc Jobs until after the HR Import 2.0 file is processed
Delay the Employee Manager and Manager Hierarchy Recalc Jobs until after the mass employee edits in People is processed
