Added the BC Pay Transparency report to Dayforce. BC employers can generate the report that lists the employees' earnings and hours worked by gender, as required by the Pay Transparency Act. You can open this report in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports or by clicking the Reports button in Payroll > Overview or Payroll > Pay Run Management. The CSV report file can be uploaded onto the BC government website using the website’s Pay Transparency Reporting Tool. See BC Pay Transparency in the Ad Hoc Reporting Guide. |
