Added the ability for mangers to be notified when their employees add or update their skills list in Career Explorer or in the Career > Overview tab of Profile. To support this update, the Career Explorer - Skills Added or Proficiency Changed notification was added in System Admin > System Notifications. Added the ability for managers to endorse skills for their employees from the People feature. Endorsing skills can help improve career and mentorship recommendations for employees in Career Explorer. To support this update, the Endorse Skills button was added to the Skills section of the Career screen in People. When you click Endorse skills, a side panel opens showing all of the employees skills. You can click Endorse skill for one or more skills, based on what you’ve observed from the employee, and then click Done. After you endorse a skill, Dayforce labels it as endorsed with your name and the date. This label is visible to the employee anywhere their skills list is shown, including in Career Explorer and in the Career > Overview tab of Profile. |
