Added the Total Renumeration Package (TRP) calculation feature. The calculator is available in the employee’s record in People and helps you calculate remuneration package values more efficiently. The package summaries include annual salary, bonus, superannuation, and payroll elections.

The results of your calculations are transparent to employees, who can see basic package details in their profile. You can also print detailed package summaries and share the output with employees. The calculation values are available to the Dayforce reporting module and you can add them to recruiting and offer letters in Letter Management.

Before you Begin: Total Remuneration Package calculation is a limited availability feature for the Australian market in Dayforce Release 2025.1.0. This functionality is only for evaluation purposes and is accessible by invitation only. Contact your Dayforce support representative if you’re interested in enabling Total Remuneration Package calculation in this release.

Total Remuneration Package calculation includes the following subfeatures:

Earnings and Deduction Mapping

Added the Earnings and Deduction Mapping feature to Total Remuneration Packages > Earnings and Deductions Eligibility. This feature enables you to select which relevant and approved earnings and deductions are eligible for inclusion in total remuneration package calculations. To support this functionality, the following role feature was added to the Features tab in System Admin > Roles:

Role feature access: Total Remuneration Packages > Earnings and Deductions Eligibility

The Earnings and Deductions Eligibility screen includes filters such as country or election type to help you narrow the search for elections.
