Added the ability to record skills that you want but don’t yet have in the Career > Overview screen of Profile. To support this update, the Add button in the Skills section now shows the following options:

Skills I have: Lets you add skills that you already have, and lets you set your current proficiency level for each of them.

Skills I want: Lets you add skills that you’d like to work on. For these skills, you don’t have to set a proficiency level.

When you add skills using either option, they’re shown in the corresponding subsection under Skills in your career profile.
