TAL-3074

Updated the Gender Pay Equality chart in compensation worksheets with the following changes:

  • The chart now includes:
    • The gender values, in addition to male and female.
    • The Gender and Average Salary labels above the chart.
    • A View All Data link with an updated expand icon. The expanded view applies to the manager’s worksheet and the single worksheet. This view shows multiple charts for each job assignment.
  • Each bar in the chart shows the gender name and each gender is represented by a different color.
  • The Multiple Selections bar shows employees with multiple genders, if applicable.

TAL-57315

Updated compensation worksheets to automatically exclude employees without any allocated rewards when downloading, sending, or saving reward letters for one or more employees. Previously, you had to manually exclude these employees.

TAL-61107

Updated the Details tab for employees in compensation worksheets to hide the following information when managers don’t have access to the Compensation > Job Assignment in Salary Range and Performance Rating role feature in the Features tab of System Admin > Roles:

  • The Pay Grade in the General section.
  • The Compa-Ratio, Performance, and Time in Job Assignment graphic in the Key Information section.
