PCI-11147, PSEC-11147

Added the ability to generate a new password for users and send it to their verified email. To support this functionality, a Reset and Send Password button was added to the toolstrip at the top of the screen in System Admin > User.

Role feature access: System Admin > System Admin > User > Generate and Email New Account Password

To reset and send a password to a user:

  1. Go to System Admin > User and select the user account.
  2. In the toolstrip, click Reset and Send Password.
  3. Confirm the verified email address for the user. If multiple verified emails exist, select the preferred address.
  4. Click Send.

The user gets an email with their new password, which they can use to log in.
