GPTCI-4887, GPTCI-4890, GPTCI-8379

Added the following enhancements for New Zealand third-party payments:

  • Updated the Direct Debit payment method for New Zealand third-party payees in Payroll Setup > Third-Party Payees. With the update, you can specify a New Zealand third-party payee and configure a payee payment schedule. This configuration drives the generation of third-party payment files in the New Zealand Third Party Payments tab in Payroll > Post Commit Management.
  • Added the New Zealand Third Party Payments checkbox under Payroll > Post Commit Management in System Admin > Roles > Feature. This option controls the availability of the New Zealand Third Party Payments tab in Payroll > Post Commit Management for the user role.
  • Added the New Zealand Third Party Payments tab in Payroll > Post Commit Management for payment file generation.
