The newly added Scheduled Content widget is available for Advanced Experience Hub customers only. With this new functionality, Hub administrators can configure Scheduled Content communication widgets for employees based on the date and time that they set. This feature includes both a new widget, and a new method of creating and adding content to hub pages without needing to republish the page each time the content changes. Currently, each widget can accommodate one post at a time. There’s no limit to the number of Scheduled Content widgets that you can include on a hub or subpage. To schedule and manage content posts:
Configure the Scheduled Content Widget When you configure and save a new Scheduled Content widget, there’s a Go to Content Library button that takes you to the newly added Content Library where you set up and schedule your post. Note: You must publish the hub page containing the Scheduled Content widget before you can assign posts to this widget in the Content Library. Create and Schedule Your Post Before You Begin: You must publish the hub page containing the target Scheduled Content widget before you can assign posts to it in the Content Library. Manage Posts in the Content Library You manage posts in the newly added Content Library. The Content Library grid shows the following details for each post:
Preview Your Posts by Date You can use the newly added Preview by date configuration panel to preview scheduled content. After you click to preview a page, Dayforce shows the Preview by date panel for you to select the date, time, and time zone. Click Update Preview to see the post.
