Updated Letter Management > Distribution to prevent you from selecting terminated status employees who aren’t eligible to receive bulk letters. The following changes were made to the Send Bulk Letters wizard’s employee Search screen:

  • Active status is preselected in the Status drop-down list.
  • Terminated status is removed from the Status drop-down list.

Updated Letter Management > Template Designer to add the Reference Code field. This field isn’t required when you create a new letter template. The value you enter in this field must be unique.
