GPTCI-43821 In compliance with the Pay Transparency Act, BC employers must create transparency reports each year and make them available to the public. This update allows you to tag an earning in Dayforce with a pay category that's used in the report. In Payroll Setup > Earnings and Deductions, there's a new BC Pay Transparency Category drop-down list in the Options tab of a Canadian earning record. To include an earning in the report, select one of the four pay categories, or leave the field blank to omit it from the report. |
