Pay and Payroll Setup

Updated Dayforce so that you can enrol employees in Ireland in the Pennies from Heaven scheme. Previously, you could only enrol employees in the UK. To support this, the Apply UK Pennies from Heaven rule was renamed to Apply Pennies from Heaven, and can now be applied to payroll policies for employees in both the UK and Ireland.
