PCI-12310	Updated Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to enable policies and send registration reminders based on the user's time zone. Previously, MFA applicability was determined based on the server time zone, and in some scenarios, employees in some countries were not subject to MFA as soon as expected. Now, MFA is applied based on the time zone of the user's primary work location set in the General tab of Org Setup > Organization. If the employee's primary work location does not have a time zone value, the employee's secondary work locations will be used. If none of the employee's work locations have a time zone value, MFA will be applied based on the Preferred Time Zone field in the Properties tab of System Admin > Client Properties.
