GPTCI-47820	Added the ability to send an updated event to the ATO to zero out year-to-date (YTD) values for an employee. With this update, added the ZEROOUT_YTD option in the Command Type drop-down list of the Run ATO pay event submission background job in System Admin > Background Jobs. Select this option to zero out YTD values for one or more employees if an employee reported duplicate records or issues with loading data. To zero out YTD values for an employee, select the following options in the Run ATO pay event submission dialog box: In the Command Type drop-down list, select the ZEROOUT_YTD option. In the Legal Entities drop-down list, select the applicable legal entities. (Optional) In the Employee ID drop-down list, select the affected employees to reset their YTD values. Note: The Zeroout_YTD function is irreversible and it zeros out employee records with ATO.

To zero out YTD values for an employee, select the following options in the Run ATO pay event submission dialog box:

In the Command Type drop-down list, select the ZEROOUT_YTD option.
In the Legal Entities drop-down list, select the applicable legal entities.
