HR-17283	Updated HR Admin > Contact Information Types to prevent users from making changes to the reference codes of contact types that are in use in other areas of Dayforce (for example, in Recruiting). To support this functionality, validation has been added so that if a user tries to modify a value in the Reference Code field for a type in use in Dayforce, an error message is shown, telling the user that they can’t save the change.
