Entitlements

WCI-46994	Added the ability to filter entitlements by policy name in Pay Setup > Entitlements. To support this functionality, in the Entitlements tab, the Policy filter was added in the Filter panel. Note: If users don’t have access to the Policies tab in Pay Setup > Entitlements, the Policy filter in the Entitlements tab doesn’t show any entitlement policies.
