For terminated employees of Dayforce Unified and Dayforce Partner Unified pay groups, this release updates how their earning statements or payslips are imported using the POST Import Documents API. Previously, you could not import earning statements and pay slips dated after the employee's last pay date. Now, documents dated after the last pay date can be imported, as long as they don’t exceed the offset period configured for that pay group. When there is no last pay date recorded, the employee's termination date is used instead. The ConnectedPay Enabled checkbox in each pay group must be selected to enable this feature. The offset period is configured using a new option in the Settings for ConnectedPay section in Pay Setup > Pay Group, in the Payroll Properties tab. The new option, Offset Pay Slips Import Last Pay Date Months, specifies the number of months after a terminated employee's last pay date when a pay slip or earning statement can still be imported into Dayforce, based on the pay date on the pay slip or earning statement. |
