TAL-38293	Added the ability for unregistered candidates to request deletion of their job applications. These candidates receive a reference number when they submit their application. This number is shown in a confirmation message and provided in an email. They need this number to delete their applications. They can delete their applications from links provided in the email, or from the footer of the career website. Each job application has a unique reference number, so these candidates must request deletion for each of their job applications.
TAL-42653	A new `JobPostingApplicationConfirmationNumber` workflow token returns a unique confirmation number for job applications. This token is in the `CandidateCommunicationData` category. You can use it in expressions for notification nodes in Workflow Administration > Workflow Designer using the token syntax `<<CandidateCommunicationDate.JobPostingApplicationConfirmationNumber>>`. This token is only available for candidate applications made in the Improved Candidate Experience.
TAL-44667	Candidate draft applications are now preserved when evergreen job postings are reposted. When a posting is closed after its repost period, any drafts associated with it are then associated with the reposted job posting. Applications already submitted by candidates aren't affected and remain associated with the original job posting.
