The Candidate Matching feature of Recruiting > Candidate Management (NEW) lets you search for internal or external candidates in your database whose profiles match those of candidates or the requirements of a particular job requisition or posting. This matching is based on a keyword search of candidate profiles.

When you match by job requisition, you can identify candidates who are a strong fit for a specific job requisition or posting. By analyzing the job requirements and qualifications, the system suggests candidates whose skills, experience, and attributes align closely with the job's requirements.

When you match based on a candidate's profile, you can find candidates with similar skills, qualifications, and attributes. This approach is particularly useful for roles that require specific skill sets or experiences.

For either type of matching, you can select the criteria that you want to use to identify candidate matches. For each criterion, you can add a weight between 0 and 100 to affect the ranking of the candidates. These weights don’t need to total 100. You can choose from criteria such as skills, education, job titles, industries, languages, certifications, and management level.
