GPTCI-8574	Updated HR Import 2.0 to support legislation in Quebec that allows employees between the ages of 65 and 71, who are already receiving their retirement pension, to stop contributing to the Quebec Pension Plan (QPP). To support this functionality, the `QPP_OPTOUT_FORM_FILED` token was added to the HR Import. For more information about the new token, see the HR Import Interface Specification document. For more information about the QPP Opt Out functionality, see “Payroll Tax Definitions for Canadian Employees” in the Payroll Administrator Guide.
