The Talent Matrix Quadrant Report is now available for managers and administrators to track how employees have moved through talent matrix quadrants over time. The report only includes the employees that users have direct access to.

The report includes:

• Entries for each active talent matrix in the organization.
• Entries for every employee included in the talent matrices, including those not yet rated.
• For each employee, which talent matrix quadrant they are in and the succession plans they're assigned to.
• For employees who were assigned to several quadrants over the specified date range, there's a separate row for each quadrant.

This report isn't available by default. The following role feature must be enabled: Report Library > Succession Planning > Talent Matrix.
