ID Description

APJ-1136

APJ-1231

Fixed an issue that could occur in the Supporting Documents section in the Create Time Off Request slide-out panel in Work > Time Away List. In some cases, users were able to submit a time away request without an attachment if they uploaded an attachment and then removed it before submitting the time away request. Now, a validation error message is shown when this scenario takes place.

HRCI-16146

WCI-39124

Fixed an issue that could occur in Schedules. In some cases, when employees changed locations or job assignments, an error appeared saying that they didn’t have a matching work assignment for their scheduled shifts.

LID-564

Fixed an issue that caused the application to show incorrect work contract balances in Timesheets.

WCI-33352

Fixed an issue where partial pay adjustments were applied from other rules in the ruleset when the Average Payment Rule failed to process. Additionally, no clear error message was shown in Timesheets in the Analyze Pay Rules panel explaining why the rule had failed. Now, Dayforce has been updated to prevent the Average Payment Rule from making any pay adjustments when it fails with an error. Error messages have also been updated to clearly indicate why the rule failed to process.

WCI-34128

Fixed an issue where several employee qualifiers in rule policies in Dayforce didn’t include or exclude birthdays as expected when their minimum and maximum age thresholds were met. For example, if you configured the Employee Qualifier for a rule in your pay policy and set the Min Age setting to 18, the associated rule wasn’t qualified until the day after an employee’s 18th birthday. Alternatively, if you set the Max Age setting to 20, the associated rule was incorrectly qualified until the day after their 21st birthday. With this configuration, the employee should have qualified for the associated rule on their 18th birthday and lost their qualification on their 21st birthday.

Now, the Min Age and Max Age settings function as expected and consider birthdays in their calculation.

This update applies to the Min Age and Max Age settings in the following qualifiers:

Affected employee qualifiers
Rule Policy Type Qualifier Name
Entitlement policy Employee Qualifier
Job step policy Employee Status Qualifier
Pay policy Employee Qualifier
Schedule rule policy Employee Qualifier
WCI-38199

Fixed an issue that could occur if you configured daily or weekly balances with cascades in your instance of Dayforce. In some cases, when employees requested time away, the application didn’t deduct the time away hours correctly from their daily or weekly balance.

WCI-40010

Fixed an issue that could occur in the Frequency Grant Accrual Rule in Pay SetupEntitlements. In some cases, when you selected Midway in the Rounding Direction drop-down list, the application didn't round the grant amount correctly.

WCI-40375

Fixed an issue that caused the Data Management background job to fail with an error.
