Added the ability to add, edit, and save your biography details directly in the Profile feature instead of through a form. To support this functionality, the employee biography editor was added to Profile > Personal > About Me. Clicking the edit icon in the Biography section opens the Employee Biography dialog box:
As part of this update, the Employee Biography form has been removed from Dayforce, since it is no longer needed. Any role privileges in Workflow Administration > Role Privileges that used the Employee Biography form are deleted and the associated users of that functionality are migrated automatically to the new version of the biography editor. If your organization had any custom biography forms configured, they will continue to work the same way they always have because they would use different permissions. Configuration With the removal of the Employee Biography form, user roles that currently have access to the Change of Biography Action role feature are migrated automatically to the new Edit Employee Biography role feature (found under Profile > Profile Menu > Personal > About Me > Edit Employee Biography in the Features tab of System Admin > Roles). |
