Pay and Payroll Setup

Added the ability to flag a pay group as non-reporting, which lets you commit payroll and produce a BACS file for the pay group without submitting a Full Payment Submission (FPS) to HMRC's Real-Time Information (RTI) reporting system. To support this update, in Pay Setup > Pay Group, the Non-HMRC RTI checkbox was added in the Payroll Properties tab. The checkbox is available for users with the Ceridian System Administrator role.
