Added the ability for you to access employee cards from your search results when you search for people in your organization. Previously, people search results showed employee details, but you could not link to the employee card. Now, when you click the avatar in the employee search results screen:

Restrictions The employee card is shown for roles that have access to the employee's card, which is based on what users are allowed to see about the person (for example, if you don't manage a person you can't open their card, or if you don't have pay information enabled, you might open a card but not see pay information).
